Folk Festival Performers - 2013
Announcing the first performers for the 2013 lineup.
Montana Folk Festival organizers have announced the first thirteen performing artists/groups coming to the Montana Folk Festival in Butte, Montana, July 12-14, 2013. Admission is free to all performances during the three days of the festival. More than 20 groups representing a broad diversity of musical and cultural traditions will perform on the festival's six stages in Uptown Butte.
“The third year of the Montana Folk Festival in Butte is flowing together nicely as we roll along toward the rapids of festival weekend,” says Festival Director George Everett. “Everyone planning to attend, no matter how well they think they know this festival, should come expecting to be amazed. These performers represent about two thirds of the groups that will be performing in July. Check back in late April or early May for the full lineup and check our Facebook page for the latest developments.”
